The short story

HaulSharp is the modern operating system for trucking fleets — dispatch, driver compliance, payroll, invoicing, and AI assistance, all in one app. We built it because the alternatives were either built for billion-dollar enterprises or duct-taped together from a dozen point solutions, and the carriers in the middle deserve better.

Who we are

HaulSharp is operated by Haul Sharp LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. We're a small team — engineers, drivers, dispatchers — based in Bend, Oregon. The platform was developed from the ground up alongside an actively running trucking company. Every feature you see started as a real problem on a real truck, not a hypothetical.

What that means in practice When a driver tells us "the paper logbook flow is making me late for my route," we change it the same week. When a dispatcher says "this report would save me an hour every Friday," we build it. We're not waiting for the next quarterly planning cycle.

How we're different

Operator-first product decisions. The CEO answers support emails. The features that ship are the ones that matter to the carriers paying us, not the ones that look good in a board deck.
Honest pricing. Five public tiers, every feature listed against a tier on the pricing page. No "contact us for a quote" until you reach Enterprise scale, and even there we publish what's included.
No data sale, ever. Your loads, drivers, and customers are yours. We don't share with advertisers, brokers, or training corpora. Detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Tenant isolation at the database layer. Row-level security enforces that one carrier's data is never visible to another, even with a software bug. Detailed in Security.
Roy is your AI, not a shared model. The Roy assistant operates only on your tenant's data. Anthropic processes your prompts under commercial terms that prohibit retention or training. You don't end up training the AI of the carrier across town.

What we don't do

We're not a freight broker. We don't haul loads.
We don't certify your DOT or FMCSA compliance — the platform tracks dates and surfaces reminders, but final responsibility for compliance rests with you and your safety team. (See Terms §9.)
We don't issue legal advice. The legal pages on this site are intentionally specific about what we are and aren't promising.
We don't lock your data in. Export to CSV any time. Cancel and you keep access for 30 days, then we delete.
